BENEFITS TO OXIDATION RESTORATION

Vinyl Siding today is made with Sunscreen/SPF built into the color at the manufacturer.  They started manufacturing siding with the UV protectant a couple of years ago.  If your siding is older than 5-7 years than more than likily the sidind "DOES NOT" have an SPF built into the siding.  Therefore the sun eventually starts to decay the color on the siding, creating a faded look and chalky feel.  

At this point, you can not attempt to use any pressure when cleaning an oxidized house or you will streak the siding.  

Our house washing process uses low pressure to safely clean a home.  Sun damage causes siding of all types to oxidize/decay and fade. However, Tip Top Soft Washing restores oxidized siding, removes all discoloration and after removing all oxidation on the siding, we use a clear/invisible sealer to prevent the oxidation from quickly.  

If the house has not been maintained regularly, every couple years with a soft wash It will prevent it from fading so fast.
